Real simple lunch today. A salad!
Shredded lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, black olives and corn.
I remembered my 1000 Island Dressing this time. lol
(299 calories with dressing. The corn was the biggest calorie adder with 150)
Along with it I had my crackers. 🙂(80 calories)
I don’t know what the weather is like where you are but here its rainy and cold and I want a pick-me-up to get through the day so I brought along some butterfingers.
